What a great dinner tonight. If Tony ever says he is cooking up something he wants you to try, drop everything - no matter what you think you're doing. He made up a local wild mushroom (with some Love Creek mushrooms) and home made sausage dish, and paired it with a killer red from Irish Vineyards tonight - unbelievable.

I very much enjoyed Tony's discussion of the various merits of mushrooms harvested locally, and sold for small fortunes in the city.
